CHECKING IN AT THE CONVENTION CENTER

Pre-conference:
Thursday, November 11 - Check in will be on the main level of the Convention Center beginning at 7:30am for all pre-conferences. If you are attending the afternoon sessions only, you may also register beginning at 1:00pm. Pre-Conference sessions begin at 9am and 2pm.

Main Conference:
November 12 and 13 - Check in will be in the main registration area outside the Convention Center Ballroom beginning at 7:00am on Friday and 7:30am on Saturday. Conference sessions begin at 9am.

MEALS

Meals are on your own. There are many excellent options within walking distance. Dessert will be served at our Saturday Evening event, as well as a Continental Breakfast on Sunday morning. Snacks will be available throughout the weekend.

ACCOMODATIONS

CCEF has special room rates at several area hotels, either beach front or just a block away from the Convention Center. Rates range from $119 per night to $139 per night. Please book your accommodations through the link on our website as it is a simple way to help CCEF keep its conference rates as low as possible.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS

There is a $40 administrative charge for each individual cancelled or altered registration. Requests for refunds should be made to CCEF no later than October 15, 2010. There are no refunds after this date.
