In September, we began our third training, engaging a group of 22. On Sunday mornings we spend an hour going over the lesson, followed by an hour and a half on Sunday evenings in small group discussion of homework. We've found that the insights are having a real effect on the students themselves, which is why we've scheduled so much time each evening for discussion of the homework. Focusing on our own change and our own willingness to grow together has been a tremendous help. We've been through it four times as teachers and it continues to color the way we think.
