In this article, Greg Norfleet maintains that a new, rapidly developing church plant has its own problems. With committed leadership and membership, clear vision and mission, Christ-centered preaching and teaching, “one-anothering” and elder training, one new church shows how it can be done. Norfleet concludes that it is not an easy course and problems arise at each stage, but eventually shows how his church plant becomes a “mother church,” helping to start yet another church plant.
