Cross-cultural missionaries live a life “in-between”—not completely understood by the people they serve, nor by the people they represent. Life in this blended third culture presents unique challenges and opportunities for biblical truth to be fleshed out. This workshop, led by CCEF faculty and CrossWorld leadership, is for pastors and others who want to be equipped to care for those involved in mission.
In the third of this four-part talk, Howard Dial examines Romans 12 as a paradigm to help with missionary care. Dial maintains that the local church is the training ground for foot soldiers in the mission field. He offers six takeaways from the passage and concludes his session with a Q&A on missions in the church.
