Volunteer Interest Form

Thanks for your interest in volunteering at our upcoming conference in Hershey, PA! We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers to assist in creating a welcoming and well-organized environment for our attendees. Volunteers will be responsible for the following:

1. Ushering and Way-Finding:
   • Assist with guiding attendees into sessions to ensure efficient seating.
   • Direct attendees in the hallways and point out the locations of pertinent locations (info booth, ministry expo, bathrooms, etc.) and specific session room locations.
2. Greeting and Hospitality:
   • Welcome attendees at entrances and provide information as needed.
   • Offer a friendly and helpful presence throughout the venue.
3. Support for Staff, Speakers, and Exhibitors:
   • Deliver materials, items, or messages to staff, speakers, and exhibitors.
   • Assist with ad hoc needs that arise during the event.

Volunteers will be expected to be available for 6 hours per day, depending on the event’s needs. Specific schedules will be communicated closer to the event date, with shifts designed to ensure volunteers have time to enjoy portions of the conference themselves.

We value the time and effort our volunteers contribute to the conference. To show our appreciation, we are pleased to offer the following benefits:

• Complimentary conference registration. 
• Conference Audio Recordings. 
• Lunch provided on Friday and Saturday of the event

• Be 18 years of age.
• Be available to volunteer for up to 6 hr/day.
• Be available to attend the volunteer Zoom orientation (Date TBD). 
• Please notify us by July 31, 2025, if you need to cancel your volunteer commitment. Canceling will result in forfeiting your conference registration. Additionally, if you do not inform us of your cancellation by the deadline, you may not be eligible to volunteer at future CCEF events.

Please only complete this form if you agree to the expectations and eligibility above and fully intend to volunteer. Please note that completing this form does not guarantee that you will be selected to volunteer. Volunteer selection will be completed closer to the summer.
